We actually don't have a water cooler but I think that sounds better than ...Wanna hear a joke?

"The Knob"

A middle-aged lady consulted the plastic surgeon about wanting a face lift. They discussed several options and he mentioned a procedure known as "The Knob".

What's "The Knob"? she asked.

He explained that it's a procedure in which they implant a small knob in the hairline at the nape of the neck. And as the years begin to show, one merely gives the knob a few turns and it tightens everything back up. Simply and beautifully. A "do-it-yourself" facelift, if you will.

"Oh, yes!!" she said excitedly, "That's what I want. I want the Knob!!"

He explained that the procedure did cost a good bit more than the standard facelift but for the practicality of it, it was to be expected. No more doctor's visits and a lifetime of youthful beauty. She agreed and the appointment was made and the device installed.

A few years later, she returned to the doctor's office and asked to speak with him.

"Doctor, the device has worked wonderfully up until now", she explained. "But now I have two minor problems that I need your help with. A few months ago I developed these bags under my eyes, and no matter how much I turn the knob, they won't go away."

He examines her face and tells her, "Those aren't bags. Those are your breasts."

"My breasts?" she asks. "Well...I guess that explains the goatee, too"
